It’s a great course. When I wrote my history test, I used (the exercises) and felt really relaxed.

Studying for exams was not good for me because I would get frustrated and give up but with the exercises I had a calm approach to studying and I was able to study better. I noticed that I was able to concentrate on my work and found I was able to take in more.

I have used the exercises many times where I was stressed for a test or something that had to be completed and I wasn’t sure how I would do it. It helped me personally to see how I can manage more.
